Biographical and Professional Information

My novel Neither Predator Nor Prey takes place in Wyoming. During a great economic downturn the US Senate ratifies the UN Global Gun Ban Treaty. Implementing legislaion is passed and an aggressive enforcement effort is launched. There are those in Wyoming who have no intention of giving up their guns. The old ways suit them just fine and they are willing to take whatever measures are necessary to preserve their traditional lifeslyle. This is their story.

I am a retired US Army Master Sergeant. I spent three years in the Regular Army and Thirty years in the Wyoming National Guard. I worked as a hardrock miner at the Sunrise Iron Ore Mine. When the mine closed I went to West Nebraska General Hospital School of Nursing and became an RN. I worked at various Wyoming hospitals and at the Wyoming State Prison. I am president of the Wyoming State shooting Assn.
