Biographical and Professional Information

Barbara (Behr) Fulgham was born in Rochester, New York, on August 25, 1943. She attended New York State University at Brockport and received her B.S. in physics in May 1978, minoring in earth science and mathematics. She did one year of graduate study at Montana State University, and went on to become a G.E.D. instructor at Western Wyoming College and a counselor for the Rocket Miner. She and her husband Douglas have two daughters, Belinda and Bethany.
